The Agency was established in 2007 purposely to recruit Kiribati fishers for employment on Japanese and other foreign fishing vessels. These include; Purse-seiner, Pole & line and long liner fishing vessels.
The Company recruits fresh graduates from the Fisheries Training Centre (FTC) together with experienced fishermen with good experiences and have served for many years on overseas fishing vessels.
